Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using QuickScanHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every section below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and QuickScanHub ("we", "us", "the Service"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickScanHub provides tools to generate static and dynamic QR codes, optional analytics, link management, and a safety-scanning feature ("Veriqo"). Features and limits vary by plan and may change over time.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Distribute malware, phishing links, fraud, or any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your audience.
Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.
Generate QR codes that link to content violating applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this section, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Copying

The Service — including its source code, design, user interface, features, workflows, branding, and underlying concepts as expressed in the Service — is owned by QuickScanHub and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may NOT copy, reproduce, clone, reverse-engineer, or create a derivative or competing service that replicates the Service's features, interface, or design.
You may NOT scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data, layouts, or assets from the Service.
You acknowledge that doing so constitutes a violation of these Terms and may infringe our rights, and that we reserve the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, before a court of competent jurisdiction.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We take data security and privacy seriously. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: IP addresses are stored only as irreversible hashes, analytics are aggregated, and we do not sell personal data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any safety scan ("Veriqo") will detect every malicious link. Veriqo is a best-effort aid and not a guarantee of safety.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the owners, operators, and affiliates of QuickScanHub shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
any content accessed through a QR code, whether generated by you or another user;
any third-party link, destination, or service reached via the Service;
unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is lower.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickScanHub, its owners and operators, from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Israel, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
